No WYSIWYG, missing HTML

I just successfully installed SnippetMaster PRO. I can choose a web page from the drop-down menu, but nothing shows up in the WYSIWYG editor. When I look at the HTML, most of the code in the body is missing. I purchased a website template and created this website from the template. I'm guessing that the issue has to do with the template code, but I'm not sure how to troubleshoot or resolve the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you make sure you have added the Snippet Tags correctly?
