Hi
when I try to upload a "portrait" formated image (ie an image that is higher that it is wide) it is displayed sideways in the editor and published that way
the image I uploaded is definately correct - yet displays on it's side when displayed on the page
is there a way around this?

Hello,
SnippetMaster has no capability to rotate images, so I don't think that is the problem. I know that on some computers.. the picture is often saved with "rotate info" and then when displayed on the computer the image is rotated even though the file is actually saved differently on the computer.
I think the best thing to do is put the picture into your website "as-is" and then link to it directly in your browser to see what it looks like. Does it display properly?
Let me know...

hi
I have placed the image via an external URL http://anchorageholidaypark.com.au/pics/test_Pool.jpg and it displays fine now.
However uploading the image to snippetmaster and posting from there results in the image being on its side
I would still like my users to be able to post portrait images - is there anything that can be done to the image (or to snipetmaster) to allow this to work properly

Can you send me the login URL to your Snippetmaster folder and a un/pw? I'll login and take a look.
You can send it to henri @ www.snippetmaster.com
Thanks!

Hi
I just re-tested it and it works fine now
it must have been something to do with the way the file saved - once I copy & posted into a new file and re-saved it worked ok
