license still pending

i bought 5 licenses on 4/17/08 and i still cant use them. it says they are pending?

the payment went through with not problems on the same day.

Hello,

Can you send me an email with your paypal transaction number?  I will look up the order to find out why it is pending.

(usually, the status is pending if payment was made with an "echeck" and the check has not yet cleared... ie: Paypal has not yet deposited the money into our account.)

Can you check and make sure the payment is "cleared"?
