[-] Client can't access text in WYSIWYG editor
« on: July 05, 2007, 05:36:54 AM »

Hi,

I installed the free Snippetmaster version on my clients website. She was able to edit contents until I changed the setup of the page to layers.
If I log in on my mac in Safari, everything opens fine in the WYSIWYG editor and I am able to edit the text. She is on a pc using IE and now when she logs in she only gets a blank area where the text should be.

Any ideas why she can't see the text? I would greatly appriciate any help. Thanks!

Layers? I have not seen that old Netscape specific term applied to web pages in a long time. I assume you mean the page is in XHTML and uses divs?

The only thing I can think of is that there is a css problem and IE (which version?) is showing white text on a white background. If she switches to code view does she see some content then?

If this does not help can you give the url of a page showing this problem?
