Hi!
I can not make changes on my website via snippetmaster because for the past five minutes I have received a message that said loading WYSIWYG Editor please wait. But it does not appear to be loading. What do I do?
Also, does anyone know how much does PRO cost? Anyone have an idea?

The problem is most likely caused by some kind of "active" code on the portion of HTML being edited.
Are you editing the "whole file" or just the Snippet?
The PRO license is $24.95. A great deal!

All of a sudden it stopped. Weird. I try not to touch the HTML on the site since I'm such a newbie at this.
$24.95 a year? And that way I can upload pictures from my harddrive correct?

Actually, it's only $24.95 one-time cost.  Upgrades are free...
Yes, if you get the PRO license, then all the PRO features will be unlocked, including ability to preview and upload pictures from your drive, etc.

I am having the same issue myself. The file that is being edited is just a snippet. It only contains text and paragraph tags. Please let me know if more information needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Which browser are you using? Did SnippetMaster previously work OK? Have you enabled editor compression on the Admin panel? Can you provide a url for the problem page?

I have installed it on other websites, but no, it has not worked correctly on this website yet. I have not had success in Firefox, Opera, nor IE. Snippetmaster is located at http://michaelbloom.net/cms. I reset the login to username "admin" password "admin". Thanks again.

Admin/admin is not a good idea as anyone can poke around! Change it to something else quickly! - oh it is invalid anyway.
OK so the editor has not loaded at all on this site. Is this a different server to the other sites that work? Have you tried with a smaippet conytining just a short sentence/paragraph?

No the editor has never loaded and I just tried a short phrase ("test of snippetmaster"). The code for the snippet looks right and I can see the file's with it listed in the drop-down menus. They just never load. Do you think I should try reinstalling Snippetmaster? I'm new to php, but I know that works with most other programs.

Sorry, I missed the other question. Yes, this is a different server than the sites that work. It is, however, the same hosting company. The versions of linux and php installed are the same.

Before reinstalling I would try turning off the editor compression in the Admin config panel - or turning it on if it is already off. If that fails then yes, try another clean install.

Well I tried the compression both ways and did a clean install of Snippetmaster. It is still not working. Any other suggestions?
