page has stopped appearing in admin

hi - I have a strange one - the page at http://iyta.org.au/notice_events.html has been editable in snippet master for a few years now but  all of a sudden it does not appear in the admin pulldown

the page still displays ok on the site with the info added via the snippet

I have checked and the permissions are set to 644 - the same as about 5 other (working) snippet editable pages on this site

can anyone suggest what may have happened?
