Cannot add new user

Hi,
I am new to snippetmaster.

I am trying to add a new regular user.  At the end of the process of filling out the form and clicking save i get the screen saying your new user was succesfully added.  However they do not appear in the user list.

This is usually caused by faulty PHP settings on a Windows server.

The PHP software is being told by Windows that the database file is writable... but in fact it is not. 

Please send me an email (henri@snippetmaster) and I will help you test to confirm the problem. Then you can ask your hosting provider to fix it... (or move to a better provider if they are unable or unwilling to fix the problem.)
