Hi,
How long do I wait after paying, before getting a pro rebranding version?

It should be instant, as long as you did not pay with an "echeck". Paypal often takes a few days to process/transfer the funds from your bank account if you pay with eCheck.
If you paid with normal credit card or paypal account, then you should have received an email from the order system automatically. (Maybe it was killed by a spam filter?)
If the email hasn't arrived yet, you can log into the license management area and view your license key from there any time:
http://www.snippetmaster.com/orders/client_login.php

I ordered the PRO upgrade but my license key is still pending. Any ideas on what the holdup could be?

Pending licenses are usually if you paid by PayPal eCheck. It takes them a few days to clear the check and actually send the payment to me.
If the status of your payment shows as "completed", then can you send me an email with your PayPal transaction number and your cart/order ID and I'll check into it immediately?
(The order system does occasionally not recognize payments, so it's possible this is what happened.)

OK, I think this is fixed now. Looks like the order system did not receive notification from Paypal that the invoice was paid. I have manually fixed it so you should be able to use the license now.
