I've played about with various CMS. There are so many different types and authors that its somewhat bewildering to the non expert. For some of the sites I've designed a just need a simple to use and cost effective system whereby the site owners can edit most of the text based updates. I also wanted some I could use with the existing content – not redesign the whole site.

Snippetmaster certainly fits these needs and I sure that the site's authors will now be able to update the site without knowing anything about html coding. Its installed and working well. The critical navigation and scripts are protected because with Snippetmaster, you only allow certain sections within each page to be edited through the browser.

As for support, this has already been excellent. I deal with sites on university servers and as you can imagine, there are restrictions re accessing their servers. Henri has already help over come a problem with auto registration of the Pro version.

So, a vote of thanks to Snippetmaster and Henri.
