Has anyone been able to succesfully install on yahoo?

I can not install on yahoo's server. I have tried both ioncube and zend. Autoinstall does not work either. Yahoo is not helpful at all.
According to the documentation on yahoo, everything should be fine. I've spent hours and hours trying to get this to wok.
it shouldn't be this hard
