[-] Autoinstaller.php won't work
« on: January 16, 2007, 08:02:26 PM »

Uploaded and tried to run latest autoinstaller.php but when it gets to the screen that wants me to navigate through the folders below and find the SnippetMaster program folder, it doesn't present me with the right folders. In fact, I don't where it's getting its folder list from, because it doesn't bear any resemblance to the folder structure of the site.

Can you please advise?

Uhmm.. I know this is going to be a dumb question, but are you sure you've got the right username/password for your account?  If the folder structure is different then what you recognize.. it might not be your account.

Let me know if you'd like a hand and I can take a look.  Just send me an email with:

- a link to this thread so I know what it's about.
- your domain name
- your ftp un/pw

I'll login and have a look to see if I can get it going..

Ok, I looked at the problem.  I think it is because your web host has configured "localhost" to work incorrectly.

If you specify the domain name in the "HOSTNAME" field for the autoinstaller, then it works properly.
