can't load anything to get started

It looks like your PHP configuration is not set up to "read" the session files that are created by the PHP software.

I can diagnose this with one of the files in the /includes/diag/ folder, I think.  If you can send me your FTP info in an email (and a link to this thread) I can take care of this for you.
