Crashed NT server

I have installed snippetmaster using the autoinstaller.php on my unix box, but when i did the same on the NT server it crash EVERYBODY.
I know it did, because it happen twice. ( i didn't realize it was me the first time).

This seems dangerous, because any client with and ftp could try to install things and crash us.

any ideas?  We are running PHP Version 4.4.2
and our OS is windows 2000.

I have no idea what would cause this to happen.

The autoinstaller is using only standard PHP functions, and does not do anything special in any way besides unzip the file and ftp it to your account.

Since I have now had about 3000 customers install the new version using the auto-installer, and nobody else has reported a similar problem....

... I'd say the problem is with your Windows server.  It should have some kind of logfile, so maybe you can check to see exactly what caused the problem?
