can't display images

I have a problem with the editor.It's not showing the images properly(show only X box).plz help me to view the images.

It doesn't explain when this long time promised new wysiwyg editor will actually come.

I'm expecting to release it to public download within about 2 weeks.    I'm just taking a break for Christmas to spend some time with my family.. then it's back to work, and it'll be released.
