Hi Henri,

I placed an order for two regular licences on the 7th of August.  I have sent two emails chasing the delivery of the programme. 

Payment was sent via paypal and has been collected!

Any idea when I can expect to recieve them?

I also ordered a license on Monday the 8th of August and have sent 4 e-mails.  I still have not received my license.  I hope everything is ok.

I believe Henri is in the midst of a move...  so his computer may be packed and in shipment. I'm sure he will get back soon and take care of your orders. I've never known him to fail to support customers.

Hi everyone!

I am very very sorry for the delay here.  I'm in the middle of moving from Canada to France, and things have been rather chaotic and crazy over the last week.  I've only now had a change to connect to the internet and download my emails.  Over 450 emails waiting for me -- and MAJOR problems to fix with my other business. 



For everyone who ordered a snippetmaster license, and did not receive their order within 24 hours -- please contact me and let me know.  I will give you a free additional license as an attempt to try and beg for your forgiveness for being so slow to send the first license you ordered.
