I just installed the software to see if it's what I need. It seems to work great (yes!) except that in the edit window all images show an x. No images display at all. Any ideas?

Yes, this is "normal". The editor doesn't know where to find the actual image unless you specify a full path for the image. So any "relative" image paths will not work... ie: The above won't work, because the editor doesn't know where the image is... But if you use: then it will work. I hope that makes sense...

Is there a way to have the editor default to the "full path" style for images?

It should already do this if you insert a new image using the editor. However, if you are "editing" a page with an existing link to an image in it then there is no way.. unless you "re-insert" the image using the image button in the editor. This problem will be fixed in the new version of SnippetMaster. (Since the new version will be using a completely new wysiwyg editor!)

You're very welcome to join the beta testing team and try out the new editor. It works great! Beta test information is here: http://www.snippetmaster.com/forums/index.php/topic,705.0.htmlI'm expecting to release it to public download within about 2 weeks. I'm just taking a break for Christmas to spend some time with my family.. then it's back to work, and it'll be released. Try the beta. You'll like it..
