Snippet Master Only part installing

I have started to run the install wizard, and it has only part installed.  I have 8 files installed but then an error message appears, can someone please advise as I really don't know what else to do.

Hello,

It's possible your web server is not correctly configured and so the installer is not able to finish. 

In that case, I recommend that you either install the software manually, or you can request a free installation.

The files installed are: documentation, includes, install, ioncube, languages, snippet-db, temp-for-installer-please-delete-me, templates, along with 3 php files and 3 example html files.  I am not sure how many i am missing?
