I have Snippetmaster Pro version 2.2.2 installed on a client's site. She's now using Safari 4.1.3 and Snippetmaster is not working properly for her. Mostly, she's unable to activate text to edit it, meaning she can't turn something bold or create a link. For images, she does get the image editing box to pop up, but some of the option fields are blank (alignment, size settings) and changes she makes do not 'take'.
I'm wondering if the solution is to upgrade to the most recent version of Snippetmaster. If so, can I do that without losing all of my customized Pro settings unique to her installation? If yes, how would I go about doing that? Also, would I need to change the snippet code on the web pages?
Is there another solution that would enable Snippetmaster to work properly for her?
Thank you in advance for your help!
Terry

Upgrading to the latest version is definately recommended, but the wysiwyg editor is basically the same between the version you have and the latest version.
Is there any reason they can't use firefox? The problem is that safari has several bugs that prevent the current version of the editor from working correctly...
