Very strange.  Perhaps check the various settings in IE (Tools | Internet Options | Advanced) and see if there are any differences.  It sounds like Active X controls are disabled or something..

I've checked all settings (compared it to a working XP-machine). No sollution yet. I don't think it's something in the script but just in this PC.

I'll keep you informed.

OK.  

The only thing I can suggest is to try re-installing IE.
