Cannot access files in root folder

Snippetmaster installed on Windows 2003 server.  Files at d:\websites\.....\MySite\

Installed at d:\websites\....\MySite\cp

Snippetmaster sees files in the cp folder, but not in any other folders.  I have full access to the web server to make any need config changes but not sure what to do to fix this.  Parent paths are enabled. 

Help please?

Hello,

The "Starting Folder" value in the User setup page is what determines the folder the user sees after logging in.  Can you make sure it is correct?

We ended up finding the issue finally this morning - had to do with permissions in the parent directories.  Someone had changed them so that Snippetmaster was not able to "go up" to directories beyond the Snippetmaster directory.
