At sudden: not able to find the Starting Folder

Henri,

I send you last week several times a request to help me solve my problem, but sofar no reaction. Now I will try to get your attention by this forum.

I installed SnippetMasterPRO in okt. 2010 (Windows server ; Ioncube) and it worked as normal. It not used so often (no need to) and last time on Feb. 7, 2011 it still worked OK. But sudden on Sat. March 5, 2011 there is a problem. I can't get the snippets anymore in the "snippet dropdown list" (which are located in the root-folder) and I couldn't change the Startingfolder for a User to the root-folder anymore (changing to another folder below root works OK).
 
After saving the fysical path [D:\inetpub\hhuisjes\fotograaf-evenementen.nl\wwwroot] it stays on the programfolder [D:\inetpub\hhuisjes\fotograaf-evenementen.nl\wwwroot\snippetmaster] which also shows up in the user-settings next time and in the file [/hhuisjes/fotograaf-evenementen.nl/wwwroot/snippetmaster/snippet-db/d27f58a64a/users.php].
 
From my provider I learned that he updated PHP on the server from V 5.2-14 to V 5.3-5, but this happened on Jan. 11, 2011.
Resetting to PHP 5.2-14 didn't solve the problem.
 
I would appreciate your comments and advise to solve the problem asap.

Hello,

There is no doubt that this problem is caused by your web hosting provider.  If Snippetmaster *was* working, and now it is not.. then the only possible reason is because your hosting provider has changed something on the server. 

I will do my best to help you fix this problem. 

I don't see any email from you, however.  Can you please resend it to "henri@snippetmaster.com".  (Include your Snippetmaster URL and admin un/pw and FTP information.)
