CSS styles not showing

What do I need to do to get the CSS styles to show in the styles dropdown:

http://clocktowertaxcredits.com/snippetmaster/index.php

It doesn't matter what browser/operating system, they do not show in any combination.

The CSS styles should be pulled automatically from the page being edited.  If they are not, let me know your details and I'll take a look.  (henri @ snippetmaster.com)

Is there a way to get the editor to pull the css file for use with pages that have no header info for the css to be pulled from?
My website is a PHP modular design and the content files are separated from the framework and called into the framework using PHP includes so there's no css for the editor to pull from.
