Hmmm... I have a few pages myself with forms in them and haven't had any problems before.
Only thing I can suggest is to try different places for the snippet tags.. I've had a few different people say that various versions of the editor DHTML controls (supplied by microsoft) do and don't allow forms.
The next version of the app uses a totally different editor, and it actually includes a whole section just for forms manipulation..

i put the whole form within its own table and the snippet stopped taking the form tags out (i had thiryt hidden fields in the top it removes if i wrap it right aroung the form) - when i put the snippet around the individual table it does this:
<snippet name="edit"> <BR> <FORM name=FORM action=http://ww5.aitsafe.com/cf/addmulti.cfm method=post target=new><INPUT type=hidden value=70115426 name=userid><INPUT
it takes all the quotation marks out which then totally destroys my tables/layout of the page.
any ideas?
thanks
