I manually installed snippetmaster using the Zend Installation. I am certain that I installed the files correctly and as instructed. I see that IPOWER's servers run Zend Optimizer version 3.2.0 and PHP 5.0, but I still get the error: Zend Optimizer not installed. For those interested, I contacted Ipower and I simply had them essentially, "turn on the Zend Optimizer". Problem resolved.
