Ioncube Installer error

Hi,

I have installed snippetmaster via a manual installation as the autoinstaller would not work for me. I now get the following error: Site error: the file /usr/home/karrab/www/htdocs/snippetmaster/index.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_fre_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

I have tried re-installing after my web host has modified the php.ini file to include a session.save_path. You can see session.save_path = "/tmp" on line 1048 of the php.ini file. However Snippetmaster still does not work. Is there something else my web hosting provider has to do or is there something you can do to correct the error?

Snippetmaster is now successfully installed.
