Everything seemed fine with the installation. The Admin and Super users can edit any files but Power and Normal users can't see any files other than the example files. I tried to define snippets in a couple of files but it appears that those files aren't recognized by SnippetMaster -- I tried setting the file permissions to 666 and 777 but not joy. So, how to fix this? And does SM only recognize editable files by their permissions in which case the default for my system, 644, should allow all files to be seen as editable. If it matters, I'm using Bluehost for hosting and the server is x86_64, Apache version 2.2.16, Linux kernel 2.6.28-10.40.intel.E1000E.BHsmp with PHP version 5.2.13.

If the Power and Normal users can't see the Snippet files for editing, then it is because the Snippet Tags are not correct. The solution is to make 100% sure that the Snippet Tags are correctly formatted, etc. Maybe one possible solution for testing is to "start over" with the file you want to edit, and then copy and paste the Snippet Tags from one of the example files. If you get stuck, please let me know what is the HTML code from your file that you are trying to edit and I'll take a look to see what might be incorrect.
