Unable to access root level

Hi,

I can't access the root level on my host site. ie. d:\webspace\user.com\www

I've read a couple of other posts on this, but no one has mentioned a fix.

I can access -  d:\webspace\user.com\www\snippetmaster  - but not a level up. I've contacted the host to verify the
it's an actual path and to check permissions. All were correct.

Anyone else been through this door and made it out????!

It is a permissions problem with the "d:\webspace\user.com\www" folder of your hosting account.

Your hosting provider should be able to fix this for you in seconds.  If you need a hand, let me know and I can give you a special test file to show the problem.

Thanks!! It took a bit to convince my host, but they finally sorted the permissions!
