Hi, I'm evaluating SM but have hit a slight problem. I'm developing a website for a client and have produced several prototype versions; all of the version have the same basic HTML structure with different styling. The issue I have is that some of the versions do no load in the WYSIWYG editor pane - I get a blank screen using chrome ver 4.0 and just the text editor function in IE 8 - yet some of the files load OK? I have not used any snippetts in any of the files as I want the client to be able to access all areas of the website. All files are in the same sub-directory. Any ideas or help appreciated as SM looks to be just what I need. The files that don't load have the following error message when using IE Web page error details User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.0; Trident/4.0; GTB6; SLCC1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; Media Center PC 5.0; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; Tablet PC 2.0; InfoPath.2; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729) Timestamp: Thu, 25 Mar 2010 14:45:23 UTC Message: Object expected Line: 1 Char: 2 Code: 0 URI: http://mydomain/CMS/index.phpJohn C

Hello, If it works for some pages, but not for others.. then the problem is most likely with the content included in the page you are trying to edit. (ie: if you have some javascript or other "active code" that might be conflicting with the editor..) The solution is likely to create "Snippet Tags" for the actual content of the page you want to edit. This way, instead of loading the entire page (including the code that is causing the problem) only the content you want the customer to be able to edit will be loaded. Here's more info: http://www.snippetmaster.com/documentation/snippet-tags-basic-config.htmlLet me know how things go.
