Windows XP Localhost install problems

I have downloaded and installed php 5.3.1 on IIS. I believe it is setup correctly. I then downloaded the Zend Optimizer version 3.3.3. Everything seemed to have worked.  I could not get the auto installer to work due to it being on "localhost" with no FTP installed.

In my phpinfo page all I get for Zend is

"This program makes use of the Zend Scripting Language Engine:
Zend Engine v2.3.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2009 Zend Technologies"

When I run the SnippetMaster install from http://localhost/ppr/editor/install   All I get is a page that says: Zend Optimizer not installed.

I have not done much php stuff and am not sure where I went wrong. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you need any more information.

Hello,

It looks like Zend optimizer is not installed.

If it is installed, then in the PHP "credits" box, you should see a line for "Zend Optimizer" and the version number.

Let me know...

(Or try the ioncube version..)

I tried the ion cube install and it went well and installed. Then when I clicked on the "finish" to take me to the admin area all that I see is a blank page. Thanks for the help sofar.

Hmm.. blank page typically means it isn't installed correctly.

I finally got it working. Thanks for your help. It looks like a pretty kewl "program". Thanks for all the hard work you put into this.
