superb handling of a complicated screwup

Our site had an early, probably beta version of SN Pro which pooped out over the last few weeks, giving me an "invalid license" note. I wasn't even sure where/how we'd gotten SN, so I sent a whiny note to Henri who, over a period of a couple of days, sorted the whole thing out without the slightest grumble. We now have an up-to-date, functioning SN pro that probably has all sorts of new aspects that I haven't learned yet. Go, Henri!
