I have been running snippetmaster pro for several years and had no problems upgrading before but this time using auto installer everything went well until the message database out of sync . log on as admin trouble is it doesnt let me log on says username or password incorrect but it is the same user name password as I have used for several years

Hello, Hmm... very strange. The authentication used by the upgrade system is exactly the same as the authentication used by the normal login. (In fact, the upgrade simply "points" the process used by the normal login...) The only thing I can suggest is to use the "reset password" process described here: http://www.snippetmaster.com/forums/index.php/topic,1243.0.htmlLet me know if you get stuck with anything.

I have got round the problem by doing a manual install only problem is I cant remember my account log in details to retrieve licence key I must have written the key down wrong as its rejected I will probably find it somewhere in my paper filing system

I am just having a bad day I must have written the code for another site on to the records of the one I have just updated having said that The site is my local village site and I am sure it had a SM-nonprofit licence as numerous people with different access levels have update it but having found my account log in details I can find no record of it so I have bought a pro licence, guess its not going to break the bank
