I just installed the pro try before you buy demo to a live site. The text edits fine, but when I try to insert an image, I get this message: Not Found
The requested URL /editor/includes/tiny_mce/plugins/advimage/image.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/2.2.11 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.7a mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at losriosrancho.com Port 8
I get similar messages when I try to insert or create links, change font colors, and several other functions.
Any info on this?
Thank you

This sounds like some of the SnippetMaster program files are missing...
Can you try re-uploading all the files and make sure they are all there?
(You can simply run the autoinstaller again, and it will upload all the files without touching the program settings, etc..)
Let me know...

Okay, I just re-uploaded the program, this time with the pasv mode unchecked as recommended. Still the same results. Really, the only functions available in the editor are the text align and list functions.
I don't know what files are supposed to be in the various folders, but none of the folders are empty - and there are a lot of files.

Just wanted to let everyone know that my problem with the program (being unable to access some features, such as inserting images) was a result of my own configuring of my when I converted it from html to php. Once I corrected my redirect files, the program worked fine.
I would not have found the problem without this tech support.

Issues I have found at this time:
I can upload the image to the server via snippetmaster pro "upload", here is where I get a problem;
I try to insert image by browsing for the image file, that work fine, then I hit the insert button, but it does not display in the content.
I have tested with Chrome, Safari and Firefox (the only one that worked) still testing. I need to have this script work for all browsers.
