Problems setting up after install

I have installed snippetmaster fine. But after installation I get this message:

The file /home/bizpromo/public_html/snippetmaster/index.php cannot be decoded by this version of the ionCube Loader. If you are the administrator of this site then please install the latest version of the ionCube Loader.

I checked and it appears I do have the latest version of iconcube loader but I am not 100% sure.

Sorry if this is a duplicate question - I have trolled for similar problem and not found it.

Hmm.. it sounds like your server is not running a recent version of the Ioncube Loaders.

Ok.. can you go here and request a free installation?  I'll then take a look and see if I can figure something out.
