We purchased PRO. We've just had a lost db.inc.php problem which our hoster has fixed. I've gone through the process outlined in the snippet error message and I now have Snippet LITE. Consequently, I cannot upload to our site.

What do I do? I'd appreciate a quick response as we've got a campaign started that needs urgent changes to documents on the site.

It sounds liike you have had to re-create the database files?  If so, then what you should do is re-upgrade from LITE to PRO.
