Keep getting error->open_basedir restriction in effect+WYGIWYS stuck in loading

Hi
I am PHP newbe
I recentrly install snippetmaster. It seems great however I'm receiving the following error:
 
Warning: realpath() [function.realpath]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/local/apache/htdocs) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/:/usr/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/a4633034/public_html/snippetmaster/includes/shared.lib.php on line 0

When I am changing a snippet with the text editor, it works fine but the WYGIWYS it seems stuck on loading.
I already disabled the "Enable Editor Compression" but the problem insists.



Any suggestions please???

From the error you posted, it looks like maybe the "Starting Folder" for your user is not correct.  You should look at the "admin-->Users" tab, and then modify the user. Then confirm with your web hosting provider that the "starting folder" value is correct.  This starting folder should be the "file path" to your website.
