1. If you customize the header and footer files (PRO rebrandable version) then yes, you can copy those to any other installation. 

At the moment, it is not possible to export individual settings and options from one installation to another, although I will eventually add this feature.  What you can do, however, is manually copy all the database files to the new installation and then manually modify each file so that any "file path" values are correct for the new installation.  (ie: The user's starting folder will need to be manually changed, upload file locations, etc... since those will not work for the new installation.)

2. Yes, I have a Swedish translation file available that works with the PRO version.

Thanks for the reply. One more question I forgot. How much can i cutomize it? Can I just cutomize the header and footer or can I also change icons in the admin?

Hello,

You can customize the header and footer files with the PRO rebrandable version.  There is no other customization available for the template files, but of course you are welcome to modify any of the image files (gif, jpg, ec..) if desired.
