where do I find the Version number

It would be great if we can see the version number in admin

Version number should be displayed at the bottom copyright area, like this:

http://www.snippetmaster.com/snippetmaster/

However, if you have the rebrandable version and have removed the version number from being displayed, then .... hmm... go point.  OK, I will add the version number to the admin area to display.  That's a good idea.  Something generic so it works for rebranded versions, too.  Like just "Current Version: x.x"

Yes that's great. I am new to this and noticed you wre mentioning about version 2.2 out and had no idea which version I had ( I could I suppose find out in your code but..).
