Admin page not accepting Serial

Hello,

I am trying to install snippetmaster onto my webserver.  All appears to be ok.  But when i try and insert the serial number it doesn't accept it.

It says cannot connect to licence server.

Please Help!

Hi Ian,

Can you make sure your webhosting provider is allowing you to connect to "www.key-vault.com" over port 80?  (This is a standard "outgoing" connection from your server to the license server.. nothing special)

They should be able to allow this, and then you can connect to the license server to validate your license.
