The snippet attribute documentation should say whether lastavedby is entered just like that, or with lastsavedby="" with the empty string as the value.  Same thing for lastsavedtd entry.

Oops, that should be lastsaveddt as the last attribute.

As per the documentation (I will adjust the wording to be more clear), these two values are automatically created by the Snippetmaster program after each time the snippet is edited.   Smile
