New page creation

Maybe this is already in Snippet and I haven't seen it..but thought I'd ask anyway:

Would be great to give users the ability to create new pages.
- Admins could setup a template file with the "editable" snippet areas in the html code.
- Users could click a "create page" link and snippet would ask them to enter a file name to save the document as. (maybe admin could control extentsion).
- Snippet then writes this file to the appropriate location with appropriate CHMODE settings.
- The user can then edit the page just like all others from drop down.

That thread is from March of 2005.. so maybe this will help bumb it up the features list a bit sooner then later.
