Hello, I successfully installed SnippetMaster using the Auto-Installer but the only top level path it will accept for a user is the absolute top level FTP path which is not the www directory path. Unfortunately, my ISP uses a link to the www directory which I don't think is the real path as when I put that path in, the auto installer rejects it as not existing. Is there some way around this?
Thanks for your help.

Most web hosts use links like this, so it's pretty normal. In fact, the demo of snippetmaster on this site uses a link in the path for the install. Can you send me an email with a link to this thread and the URL where the installation is located? I'll check the phpinfo() output to see if I can figure out what is the path you should be using. Thanks!

My problem seems a lot like the one being reported here, except I think I am one level too high in the directory structure, rather than one level too low.
The www level of my web site has the regular index.html and other files, but I installed the SnippetMaster at www/smaster level. When I log into SnippetMaster at www/smaster/index.php, I can only see the folders of SnippetMaster. Folders at the next lower level are where the actual web contact exists. Perhaps there is a configuration file to adjust the levels available to SnippetMaster, but I don't know where to look. I can access the web site with the control panel and reach the SnippetMaster files to make changes, though.

You can adjust the "Starting Folder" for any of your users by logging in as a user with admin privileges, clicking the admin menu link, then the "users" tab.. Then modify the desired user, and change their "Starting Folder" and "Starting Path" to whatever location they should be in when they login. Let me know if you get stuck with anything.

I am still stuck at the same folder level. The admin user wouldn't allow me to continue with my regular email address, so I changed that.
It still won't let me change the starting folder, though. I want it to be one level below the smaster folder level that it points to now quite successfully, but it rejects every attempt to change it, saying that it cannot find the folder. I tried removing the smaster level, and /smaster too, no go.
